Convert Event Poster to Editable Vector

I have a JPG of an event poster that I need as an editable vector file (.ai or .svg) for printing at A0 size. Deliverables Editable Adobe Illustrator file (.ai), plus a print-ready PDF at A0 (CMYK, 3mm bleed, fonts outlined). All text built as actual text layers (not traced outlines), so text remains editable later. A second version with outlined fonts for the printer. Requirements The poster should stay as close to the original as possible. Specifically: Text rebuilt in matching or closely approximating fonts. The title "Boskant Midnight Summer Party" has a painted brush effect with black fill and orange glow, this needs to be preserved. Remaining text is in standard sans-serif fonts. Vector elements (location pin, lightning bolts, "Official 27ste Editie" stamp, Stad Aalst logo) cleanly redrawn or traced and cleaned up. An official vector version of the Stad Aalst logo exists online. The Jerron DJ logo: please request from the DJ directly, a vector version certainly exists. If not available, redraw. The photographic elements (headphones with turntable, orange, lime) to be replaced with quality vector illustrations in the same style, or kept as high-resolution embedded image if vectorization compromises quality too much. Background colour: preserve the exact bright yellow/lime green (match CMYK values to original). Specifications Format: A0 (841 x 1189 mm), portrait. Colour mode: CMYK. Resolution of embedded images: minimum 150 dpi at final size. Also deliver a preview JPG for review before finalization.
