Create new design/theme for SHOPIFY Store

WE need to create a new modern theme for a shopify store which sells electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops and gaming consoles. We are looking for someone who is willing to start working on this design immediately and can provide us with regular updates so we can complete this work ASAP We need someone who is FLUENT in english as we need them to understand the work correctly.
