Illustration Upscale to 10x10ft

I have a detailed illustration saved only as a JPG and I need it prepared for a 10 × 10-foot final size. Every line, color transition, and subtle texture must stay intact—no visible pixelation or blurring at full scale. If converting the artwork to vector or rebuilding key areas in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or an equivalent tool is the best route, I’m happy to go that way as long as the enlarged file looks identical to the original. Deliverables • Print-ready file sized to exactly 120 × 120 inches at 150 dpi (or a fully scalable vector such as AI, EPS, or PDF) • A layered working file so future tweaks remain possible • Quick preview in JPG or PNG for on-screen review I’ll provide the source JPG as soon as we start; please let me know your approach for preserving every detail and an estimated turnaround time.
