Modern PDF Giveaway Design

I’ve written a short guide in Word and now need it transformed into a polished lead-magnet I can attach to my email campaigns. The content is finished; what I’m missing is a modern, clean layout that echoes the colours in my company logo (I’ll supply the logo file so you can sample the exact palette). Here’s what I have in mind: • You take the existing Word document and re-format it with balanced typography, clear headings, subtle icons or imagery where helpful, and a professional cover page. • The finished file must be delivered as a high-resolution yet lightweight PDF, ready for instant download and viewing on both desktop and mobile. • One or two quick revision passes are fine so we can tweak colours or spacing. Feel free to work in InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or any tool you prefer—just make sure the end product looks sleek and cohesive with my brand. If you can also include the editable source file, that’s a plus but not essential. Once I send the copy and logo, please let me know an estimated turnaround time and any questions you have about layout preferences or image selection.
