Monochrome 360° Compass Vector

I need a single, highly detailed 360-degree compass that blends the layout of “sample [login to view URL]” with the outer degree markings shown in “[login to view URL]”. Everything must stay strictly monochrome so I can drop the graphic onto any background without colour clashes. Work in vector (Adobe Illustrator preferred) or fully layered Photoshop; I’ll need to scale and tweak elements later. Please match the font used in the samples for every numeral and tick mark so the new artwork feels seamless beside our existing material. Deliverables • Editable vector file (AI, EPS, or layered PSD) • High-resolution transparent PNG (minimum 3000 px on the longest side) .
