Vectorize Artwork for DTF

I have 2 raster images that must be converted into clean, fully-scalable vectors suitable for direct-to-film apparel printing on both light and dark garments. The artwork is flat—no gradients or complex shading—so I’m expecting smooth, single-tone shapes with crisp edges. Please return each design as a layered AI file (Adobe Illustrator). The layers should be organised logically—main artwork, any required white under-base for dark shirts, and any colour call-outs—so my print partner can drop them straight into their RIP software without extra prep. Acceptance criteria • All paths closed, no stray points or pixel remnants and outlines only • Amend "moa riding" to "moa ridin" and move the ampersand as necessary • Colours remain visually near or identical to original rasters, excluding skeletal 'tattoos' and create standard skeleton bones as you see fit • Must provide 2 AI files per design to suit both light and dark garments with appropriate white under base for dark garments, totalling 4 AI files. • Artwork scales up to 24 in without visible artefacts • File opens error-free in Illustrator CC 2020+ Once you deliver the AI files and I confirm they match the project criteria, the job is complete.
