Request for Creating Print-Ready and Editable Vector Data for Vehicle Wrapping Sticker Design We are looking for a designer/operator who can prepare vehicle wrapping sticker design data in a format that is easy for printing and installation companies to handle. The attached image is the final design reference for the vehicle sticker. The task is to faithfully recreate and prepare the provided sample design as high-resolution print-ready data and, wherever possible, as editable vector data. No design changes, layout changes, color changes, or redesigns are required or allowed. ________________________________________ Important: Required Agreement Please apply only if you agree to the following conditions. Until the inspection and approval process is fully completed, you must provide revisions as many times as necessary if there are any issues, including but not limited to: • Missing files • Incorrect file formats • Insufficient image quality • Insufficient vectorization • Poor layer organization • Data that is difficult for the printing or installation company to use • Differences from the provided reference design • Any other defects found during review Please apply only if you understand these conditions and can take full responsibility for completing the work properly. ________________________________________ Data Storage Location Please refer to the provided data folder: [login to view URL] ________________________________________ Project Scope Based on the attached vehicle wrapping design reference, please create the following data: • Illustrator editable AI data • Print-ready PDF data • High-resolution PNG data • High-resolution JPG data • Editable vectorized data • Outlined AI data • All linked images and source assets used Since the design will be used as a large vehicle wrapping sticker, it may be significantly enlarged during actual production. Therefore, this is not a task for creating low-resolution preview images. The data must be prepared at a quality suitable for large-format printing and vehicle wrapping installation. ________________________________________ Most Important Requirement No design changes are required. Please reproduce the attached reference design exactly as it is. The following are strictly prohibited: • Changing the design • Changing the colors • Changing the text • Changing the logo • Changing the layout • Changing the vehicle shape • Adding new decorative elements • Recreating the design in a way that looks different from the original • Making the design look like a newly generated AI design This task is strictly to reproduce, organize, vectorize, and prepare the current reference design for printing and installation. ________________________________________ Editable Vectorization Requirements One of the most important requirements is to create data that can be edited later by the printing or installation company. The following elements should be recreated as editable vector elements in Adobe Illustrator as much as possible: • Logo • Text • Service names • Headings • Icons • QR code • Lines and frames • Button-style parts • Labels • Decorative lines • Vehicle-specific layout parts • Product image frames, headings, and descriptions For all text, please provide both: 1. Editable text version 2. Outlined version For elements that are difficult to fully vectorize, such as LED vision-style background graphics, glow effects, photos, gradients, and product photos, they may be placed as high-resolution raster images. However, these raster image areas must also be prepared at a sufficiently high resolution so that they do not look rough or pixelated when used for large-format printing. ________________________________________ Required Image Quality and Resolution Since the design will be used for vehicle wrapping, please prepare the data with enough resolution to withstand large-format printing. Please use the following specifications as a minimum guideline: • At least 150 dpi at actual size • Preferably 200 dpi to 300 dpi at actual size • Long side should be at least 20,000 px • Preferably 30,000 px or more on the long side • Background image areas must also be prepared at high resolution • Text, logo, QR code, icons, frames, and lines should be vectorized as much as possible • Avoid blur, jagged edges, pixelation, and rough image quality when printed • Data must be suitable for large vehicle wrapping output In particular, the background graphics, LED vision-style images, text, and product image areas used on the vehicle sides must remain clear even when enlarged. ________________________________________ Data Creation Notes Please follow the instructions below when preparing the data: • Create editable Illustrator AI data • Organize each part into layers as much as possible • Provide both editable text data and outlined text data • If linked images are used, embed them or include all linked files • Place all raster image parts at high resolution • Export the PDF at a quality suitable for printing companies • Export PNG and JPG files as high-resolution files, not just preview images • Ensure that the QR code remains readable • Organize the data clearly by vehicle model, left side, right side, and rear side • Prepare the data so that printing and installation companies can handle it easily ________________________________________ Required Deliverables Please deliver the following files: 1.
