Educational Motion Graphics Editor Needed

I’m putting together a short, engaging motion-graphics piece to train our employees on a new internal process, and I’m looking for someone who can take the raw script, voice-over, and brand assets I provide and turn them into a polished, animated video. The style I have in mind is clean, modern motion graphics—think smooth icon animation, kinetic text, and on-brand color transitions rather than character-driven 2D or full 3D scenes. The final running time will sit around three to four minutes, and it needs to feel energetic enough to hold attention yet clear enough to teach. You’ll be free to work in Adobe After Effects and Premiere (or comparable tools) as long as I receive both the rendered 1080p MP4 and the open project files so my in-house team can update content later. Timing is flexible within two weeks once assets land in your inbox, with one feedback round baked in. Deliverables
