High-Volume Ads Video Editing

Each week I need between 30 and 80 short Meta ads, each running 25-45 seconds, cut together quickly and cleanly in Adobe Premiere Pro. All footage is already professionally shot; your job is to trim, sequence, add SFX, add music, add already provided assets and add captions. Because these clips funnel straight into paid campaigns, pacing has to be tight, hooks must appear in the first seconds. Bonus if you know how to work on ready-made templated on After Effects. This is long time project, and high-volume project, depending on your speed, but possible to get 200+ ADs a month! Turnaround is fast: first batch usually within 48 h.
