Hyper-Realistic AI Brand Film Creation

Senior Video Editor / AI Video Specialist for High-End Brand Films. Project Overview I am looking for a highly skilled video editor / AI video specialist to create a hyper-realistic, cinematic brand video using a mix of existing video templates and/or AI-generated footage. This first project is a founder’s personal update video – a narrative piece about my journey, It will be used across website, social media, and professional channels. This will be the first video in a larger series. Once this initial film is complete, I plan to produce multiple follow-up videos, for example: • Individual videos focused on specific projects • A film introducing the new direction of the design studio • Short videos about specific elements (e.g., patterns, processes, research, restoration philosophy, etc.) I am therefore looking for someone I can build an ongoing collaboration with, not just a one-off editor. Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Founder Update Video) • Review my script (approx. 3–5 minutes of voice-over) and understand the narrative arc. • Review the existing templates and reel assets I provide (video templates, transitions, stock clips, etc.). • Propose a visual structure / sequence for the first film based on the script (intro → pain/transition → health → chapel → design studio → teaching → closing). • Assemble a master video using: • My templates and reels, and/or • Your own AI-generated or stock footage, if you have a proven track record of producing hyper-realistic video with AI. • Ensure all visuals are hyper-realistic: • No cartoonish, plastic, or obviously “AI-ish” visuals • No low-res or gimmicky template looks • Everything must feel cinematic, refined, and real-world • Integrate my voice-over: • Option A: I record my own voice and you clean, edit, and sync it. • Option B: You use an AI voice tool to enhance my recording while keeping my natural accent and tone. • Add subtitles / captions that are clean, minimal, and on-brand. • Add subtle background music (instrumental, no vocals) that supports the story but does not overpower the voice-over. • Deliver final exports in: • 16:9 (for website / YouTube) • 9:16 and/or 1:1 (for Instagram / TikTok / Reels / LinkedIn) Future Work (Phase 2+ – Additional Brand Videos) If this first collaboration is successful, I would like to continue working together on a series of videos, including but not limited to: • Project-specific videos (for key interior / architectural projects) • A film outlining the new direction and philosophy of the design studio • Short-form content on specific topics (e.g., patterns, materials, process, restoration, teaching, research) • Potentially more AI-driven visuals where appropriate, as long as they stay photo-realistic and premium Because of this, I am specifically interested in someone who is comfortable: • Thinking in systems and series, not just standalone clips • Helping maintain a consistent aesthetic and narrative tone across multiple videos Style & Quality Requirements • Visuals must be: • Hyper-realistic, cinematic, high-resolution • Clean, minimal, and elegant (aligned with high-end design / boutique hospitality / luxury brands) • Absolutely no: • Cartoonish AI characters • Obvious deepfake / low-quality AI • Overly “faded” or generic template looks • Gimmicky transitions or amateur effects • Strong sense of: • Storytelling (matching visuals to emotional beats in the script) • Pacing (letting shots breathe, not cutting every second) • Brand consistency (colors, typography, and mood aligned with a premium design brand) Technical Skills Required • Expert in at least one professional editing suite: • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. • Strong experience with: • Using and customizing video templates (Envato, Motion Array, etc.) • Creating cinematic transitions, titles, and text overlays • Audio editing: cleaning voice recordings, balancing levels, syncing VO to visuals • AI video experience is a major plus: • Experience generating hyper-realistic AI footage (not cartoon / 3D characters) • Comfortable blending AI-generated elements with real footage and template assets • If you have AI capability, I will need to see clear evidence of previous hyper-realistic AI work Voice & Accent • I have a very distinctive voice and accent. • The final video must retain my natural voice and accent – this is part of the brand identity. • If AI tools are used on the audio, they should only: • Improve clarity and warmth • Remove noise and artefacts • Not change my identity or flatten my accent Deliverables (Phase 1) • 1x Master video (approx. 3–5 minutes) in 16:9, ready for website and YouTube. • 2–3 cut-downs (30–60 seconds) optimised for social media. • All project files (so we can update and build future videos from the same foundation). Ideal Freelancer Profile • Proven track record of high-end commercial work: • Brand films, hospitality, architecture, design, or luxury clients strongly preferred. • Comfortable working with pre-purchased templates and also able to go beyond them when needed. • Ideally has demonstrable experience creating hyper-realistic AI-enhanced or AI-generated video. • Strong eye for composition, light, and mood. • Able to read a script and quietly direct the emotional flow of the video. • Reliable, communicative, and open to an ongoing collaboration across multiple videos.
