Podcast Viral Reel Editor

I release 45- to 60-minute podcast episodes and I need the most share-worthy nuggets lifted out and turned into short-form video. From each episode, please find a minimum of fifteen moments that have the potential to blow up on Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Here’s what I expect from every reel you deliver: • 9:16 aspect ratio, 1080×1920 resolution • A strong opening three seconds to hook viewers • Dynamic, jump-cut style editing that keeps the pace tight • On-screen captions that are accurate, well-timed and visually clean • Background music or sound design only when it heightens the clip—otherwise let the dialogue breathe • Color correction and audio sweetening so the final file is ready to publish without extra tweaks You will be working from the full video and audio of each show, so an ear for storytelling is just as important as technical skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or a comparable editor. If you already know how to spot moments that spark emotion, laughter or an aha! insight, you’ll fly through this. Once the first batch is complete I’ll review, give timestamped feedback, and we’ll refine the style together. If we’re both happy, this will become an ongoing arrangement for future episodes.
