Project Task: Short-Form Reel Editor for 3 Brands We are looking for a reliable short-form video editor to create ongoing promotional reels for three brands: 1. Come2Holiday — [login to view URL] Monthly volume: • Comfort Rentals Aruba: 4 reels per month • Prestige Vacations Aruba: 12 reels per month • Come2Holiday: 8 reels per month Total: 24 reels per month / 6 reels per week. We will provide a shared Google Drive folder with raw 4K footage, B-roll, logos, brand guidelines, colour palettes, reference clips, social media strategy documents, and 14-day content strategy documents. Your task is to review the provided materials, select the strongest footage, and edit polished, platform-ready short promotional reels that match each brand’s style and content direction. Brand direction: Comfort Rentals Aruba should feel clean, practical, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. Prestige Vacations Aruba should feel premium, polished, aspirational, and hospitality-driven. Come2Holiday should feel energetic, travel-focused, destination-driven, and modern. Each reel should include: • A strong hook in the first 1–2 seconds • Vertical 9:16 format • Fast, clean pacing • Burned-in captions • Separate .srt caption file • Light colour grading • Clean transitions • On-brand motion text where useful • Royalty-free music and commercial-use SFX where needed Technical deliverables: • 30–60 seconds per reel • 1080 × 1920 export • H.264 format • Platform-ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels • Source project files included • Final files uploaded back into the correct Google Drive folders Workflow: You will work from the shared Google Drive folder, follow the brand guidelines, social media strategy and a 14-day detailed content strategy, edit the reels, and upload the final exports, .srt files, and project files back into the correct brand folders for us to approve and publish. Each brand must keep its own visual identity, tone, pacing, and caption style. Revisions: Each reel includes 2 revision round (at the beginning) or minor changes such as caption corrections, clip swaps, music changes, pacing adjustments, or small branding fixes.
