Video Editor for Instagram Reels We're a dating platform based in India looking for a skilled video editor to join us on a per-reel basis with potential to grow into a full Content Creator role. India-based preferred | Fixed rate per Reel WHAT WE NEED: We have AI-generated raw footage ready. Your job is to turn it into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels. For each Reel you will: 1. Arrange & cut scenes — place AI-generated clips in the correct sequence, trim where needed, add smooth transitions between scenes 2. Music — find trending, culturally relevant Indian music that fits the mood of each video (Bollywood, lo-fi, trending audio — whatever works best) 3. Subtitles — add clean, stylish subtitles following our reference style (we'll provide font/design examples) 4. Voiceover — generate voice narration using ElevenLabs and VoiceChanger 5. Final polish — deliver a ready-to-post Reel with effects, transitions, subtitles, background music, and voiceover. No raw exports — we need content that's ready to publish. VOLUME: • 15-25 Reels per month (steady, ongoing work) • Each Reel is 20-60 seconds • Fixed price per Reel (tell us your rate) MUST HAVE: • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve • Understanding of Instagram Reels trends in India • Ability to pick music that resonates with Indian audience • Clean subtitle work with modern, readable fonts • Reliable turnaround: 24-48 hours per reel • Good communication in English WHAT WE OFFER: • Consistent monthly work (not a one-time gig) • Simple workflow — raw footage is already prepared, no shooting required • Creative freedom on transitions, effects, and music choices • Growth path — top performers will be promoted to Content Creator role with higher pay and creative ownership • Long-term collaboration with a growing brand HOW TO APPLY: Please send: 1.
