Vlog Swap & Subtitles Edit

@MateoA014

Face Tracking Overlay & Spanish Subtitle Sync for Personal Vlog This is a solid fit for After Effects work. I do motion tracking and compositing regularly, so matching each photo to a moving subject with clean feathering and no jitter, while keeping the original audio and lip-sync untouched, is exactly the kind of precision work I focus on. For the subtitles, I can sync your Spanish transcript (or translate the English one) and burn it in cleanly within safe areas, plus deliver a separate SRT. First draft within three days works well on my end, with two revision passes included and the editable After Effects project handed over alongside the final MP4. Confident I'm the right fit for this, and I'd love to discuss the details further to match your request. Mateo A

@faithk149

The face swaps need to disappear into the footage rather than look like overlays. With people moving through a vlog, small tracking or feathering issues become very noticeable, especially around the edges of the face, so I'd focus on keeping each replacement locked naturally to the subject while leaving the original movement, background, audio, and lip-sync untouched. I'd handle the tracking and feathering first, checking the replacements frame by frame where necessary, then move on to the Spanish subtitles and make sure they're properly synced, readable, and positioned within safe areas. I'll deliver the 1080p MP4, separate Spanish SRT, and the editable Premiere Pro/After Effects project so everything remains easy to adjust. The three-day first-draft timeline works for me, including the two revision passes. Do you already have the headshots assigned to each person, or should I identify and match them from the folder??

@shahzain02

HI, I’d love to help transform your vlog by replacing the on-screen faces with the matching head-shot images while keeping the original footage, movement, background, and audio completely intact. With 5+ years of professional video editing and VFX experience, I’m comfortable with motion tracking, masking, rotoscoping, feathering, and detailed compositing in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. I’ll carefully track each person throughout the footage and make sure the assigned image follows their movement naturally without jitter, slipping, or covering unwanted areas. I’ll also preserve the original audio and lip-sync exactly as provided. After the face overlays are finalized, I can add clean, bottom-aligned Spanish subtitles, accurately synced to the dialogue and kept within safe areas. I’ll deliver the finished 1080p MP4 with burned-in Spanish subtitles, a separate Spanish .srt file, and the editable Premiere Pro/After Effects project file. I can provide the first draft within 3 days of receiving the assets and accommodate the two revision passes requested. Best regards, Shahzain

@asifshuvo

Hi, I can professionally track each person and replace their faces with the correct headshots using smooth motion tracking, precise masking, and natural feathering without affecting the original movement, background, audio, or lip-sync. I’ll also create accurate, safe-area Spanish subtitles and deliver the 1080p MP4, SRT, and editable Premiere/After Effects project. First draft within 3 days, with two revision passes. Let's discuss in chat as I have some queries regarding the project to proceed further.

@Trysyed3

Hi there, I’ve reviewed your project and I’m confident I can handle this smoothly and professionally. I can manage the task of overlaying head-shot images onto your vlog footage seamlessly, ensuring smooth motion tracking and natural feathering for a realistic result. Additionally, I will add clear, bottom-aligned Spanish subtitles to the video, syncing them accurately with the dialogue. You can expect to receive a 1080p .mp4 file with all overlays and burned-in Spanish subtitles, a separate Spanish .srt file, and the editable project file in either Premiere Pro or After Effects. I guarantee that the images will follow each assigned person correctly without any issues and that the subtitles will be legible and free of errors. I’m ready to get started and deliver a final product that meets your expectations. Looking forward to working on this project with you. Best regards, Ameema Video Editing Specialist

@MADTechUK

Hey, The key challenge is making the face replacements look natural and stable throughout the vlog, so each assigned photo follows the correct person without jitter while leaving the original movement, background, audio, and lip-sync untouched. I can handle the tracking, masking, feathering, and compositing in After Effects or Premiere Pro, carefully matching each head-shot to the corresponding person throughout the footage. Once the overlays are locked, I’ll create and synchronise clean Spanish subtitles, keeping them bottom-aligned, readable, and within safe areas. You’ll receive the final 1080p MP4 with burned-in subtitles, separate Spanish SRT, and the fully editable project file with organised assets. I have experience with motion tracking, face replacement, compositing, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and subtitle workflows, and can share relevant examples once we connect in chat. Also a quick question, are the head-shot images already cropped and prepared for each person, or should I handle the preparation and matching as part of the edit?

@ProfessorVats

I'll edit your vlog to swap faces with your friends' headshots while preserving background and audio — can start today. I'll use precise tracking techniques to ensure seamless face swaps that maintain natural movement and lighting. Could you share the vlog resolution and preferred subtitle style?

@DigitalArtForge

Hi, I see you need the faces in your personal vlog replaced with matching head-shot images of your friends while keeping the original background, movement, and audio completely intact. I’d suggest using precise motion tracking with carefully animated masks, feathering, and frame-by-frame adjustments where necessary so each face follows the subject naturally without obvious edges or slipping during movement. My account is new with only 3 reviews, so I’m offering the most reasonable rates to build strong client relationships. Quality won’t be compromised—expect clean, natural-looking compositing, accurate tracking, and multiple revisions until 100% satisfied. I’m available to start immediately and can handle the full face-replacement workflow while preserving the original footage and audio. Best Regards, DigitalArtForge

@GridsmithLTD

Hello, This edit needs the face overlays to feel like they belong naturally in the original footage, especially when each person is moving, turning, or partially overlapping with other elements. I can track each on screen person, match the correct headshot, and refine the positioning, scale, feathering, and motion so the overlays remain stable without affecting the original background, audio, or lip sync. I can also add the Spanish subtitles from your supplied transcript, keeping them synchronized, readable, and within safe areas, then provide the burned in 1080p MP4, separate SRT, and editable Premiere Pro or After Effects project. Please send the vlog, headshot folder, and English transcript so I can assess the tracking complexity and start on the first draft.

@beckym53

The tricky part here isn't simply placing the head shots over the footage, it’s making each assigned photo stay naturally locked to the correct person while preserving the original movement, audio and lip-sync. The footage can be approached person by person, with careful motion tracking, positioning and feathering so the overlays remain stable through movement and don't interfere with the surrounding footage. The original audio stays untouched, while the Spanish subtitles are timed directly to the dialogue and kept within safe areas for comfortable viewing. The English transcript and supplied Spanish text can also be used to keep the subtitle wording accurate rather than relying on an automatic translation without review. A first pass within three days fits the workflow, followed by the two revision rounds. The final delivery would include the 1080p MP4, separate Spanish SRT, and editable Premiere Pro or After Effects project. Send over a short sample of the vlog and a few corresponding head shots and the tracking complexity can be assessed before getting started.

@renzopasquali

Hi! I’d be happy to work on this project. I understand that you want each provided portrait to be tracked onto the corresponding person in the vlog, while keeping the original background, movement, and audio intact. I can handle the face tracking, masking, and feathering so the overlays stay smooth and natural throughout the footage. I can also translate the English transcript into Spanish, as Spanish is my native language, synchronize the subtitles with the dialogue, and deliver both the final 1080p MP4 and the separate Spanish .srt file, along with an editable Premiere Pro/After Effects project.
