Convert 3D Studio Max scene into Element 3D scene

I have a moderately complex 3D Studio Max scene (no animation) that I purchased from a stock site. I would like to hire someone to convert the scene (including the lighting and textures) into Element 3D so that I can use the scene natively as a virtual set in After Effects. I can provide OBJ, FBX and MAX versions of the scene. The original scene uses V-Ray rendering, which Element 3D doesn't support, so this project will involve a fair amount of back-and-forth manual copying of light positions and settings, along with remapping textures to get a similar look in Element 3D. The current project is a one-off but if we get good results I may have an additional, larger project involving this same scene to offer in the next week or so.
