I want to turn any image file (.jpg or .png) into a 15 second video file (.mp4). The object in image file will go from pixelated (blurry) to de-pixelated (clear) during the duration of the 15 second video. I want to save the video files (.mp4) as a downloadable file link. You must be able to create the pixelation effect and convert image files into video files.
I will be able to upload any image I want and the software will convert the image into a 15 second video. The converter will also add a pixelation effect on the 15 second video.
You must be able to build me software/website where I can repeat perform this task automatically in future for any image.
I want project delivery in 3-5 days.
