AE Project needed 3D Camera Projection

I need a project done in after affects.
There will be 8 photos put together like these photos. You must have all the skills to do this all. notice time lapse sky, water moving, particles all In a photo look with a fileter to look like old war movie or something.
I do NOT release any milestones ever until project is done and done on time. To many people on freelancer take advantage. If you finish project as needed on time I release milestones.
