We are looking for a Business Analyst Assistant to join our team. This position requires you to create a summary and action item list from recorded meetings. You will need to be able to identify topics of discussion, action items, decisions made and other details of the meeting. This role also will help with other project management administrative tasks as assigned if no meetings are available to review.
Days : Monday - Friday
Hours : between 7am - 3pm
Must be online at all times ready to receive work
How it works:
-You will login and view meetings that need to be worked.
-The meeting will already be transcribed
-You will review the transcription and look for errors and fix them
-Identify topics of discussion, Callers, Actions items, Decisions made, important dates, etc
-Create a summary of all the items you identified and list items using excel and word template that will be provided
-Submit information and mark complete
-Your work will be reviewed by a manager and then approved
-Also, other Project Management administrative work as assigned
1. Project Management - Agile (preferred)

7. Attention To Detail
8. Send out Minutes Of the Meeting(MOM)
9. Make sure that important details are captured correctly
10. List down all the people involved, action items, next steps, setting calendar invites if needed.
