Current generators are excellent at one striking shot and poor at keeping the same character looking like the same character across thirty shots. Viewers feel the drift even when they cannot name it. So the pipeline I would run for you starts before any video is generated: lock each character with fixed reference images, build the storyboard around fewer, longer, more deliberate shots rather than rapid cutting between many generations, and only then animate. The storyboard or animatic you listed as deliverable one is the place we catch style problems cheaply, before rendering hours are spent on the wrong look.
