AI UGC Video Creator needed to produce high ROAS video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Reels for a 7 figure private label brand. Current UGC and paid campaigns are underperforming due to weak hooks, generic creatives, poor targeting, and lack of testing/optimization. Scope: Create 4 high quality AI-generated UGC-style videos using Synthesia/HeyGen, focused on top performing products, with strong hooks and conversion-driven messaging. Requirements: AI UGC and performance ad creatives, strong understanding of hooks, retention, and ROAS optimization, and experience scaling brands to $1M+. Portfolio with case studies/results is required. Must also outline approach to hooks, creatives, testing, and scaling, and list AI tools used (e.g., Sora, Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, etc.) with reasons for usage. Full time availability required, aligned with EST (9am–5pm) and consistent daily communication.
