Photorealistic Extension Impact Renders

I need two high-resolution, photorealistic AI images that show how my neighbour’s proposed ground-floor and second-floor extensions will look when viewed from a specific spot in my garden. I will supply the original photograph as well as the key dimensions, plus a set of Copilot prompts I have already drafted, and—if useful—a direct link to the planning portal. Architectural precision is not required; what matters is that the massing feels correct so the planning officer can immediately see how bulky the additions appear. You will be working in Nano Banana (my previous attempts in Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini weren’t consistent, so please stay with Nano Banana). The surrounding context should be rendered to a moderate level of detail: fences, planting and neighbouring rooflines need to read naturally, yet the extensions themselves must remain the clear focus. Acceptance criteria • Two separate, photorealistic JPEG renders— both showing the ground-floor and second floor extensions - one showing the ground floor extension behind the fence, the other with fence removed from the image i.e. the fence is replaced by a brick wall • Camera angle must match the supplied photograph without obvious distortion • Massing and overall height scaled to the dimensions I provide (±5 cm tolerance is fine) • Moderate background detail; no blank or generic backdrops • Final files delivered at minimum 3000 px on the longest side I’m happy to clarify any measurements or supply extra reference shots the moment you need them.
