I need a production-ready AI voice agent that can dial prospects, pitch our offer, and close the loop on any billing or payment questions that come up during the call. The core of the project is outbound sales, so the agent must sound natural, handle objections smoothly, and recognise when to transfer a hot lead to a human rep. Natural language understanding and fast, context-aware automated responses are non-negotiable; everything from greeting to wrap-up should feel like a real conversation. If a caller asks about invoices, payment terms, or outstanding balances, the agent must give accurate answers or route the call correctly without missing a beat. Deliverables • A deployable voice AI model (cloud-based or on-prem) with trained sales dialogue flows • Integration hooks for our dialer and CRM (REST or web-hooks are fine) • Customisable call script/scenario editor so we can tweak offers without retraining from scratch • Basic analytics dashboard: call outcome, duration, transfer rate, call recordings Acceptance criteria 1. At least 90 % of calls reach the closing prompt without human intervention. 2. Billing questions are resolved or escalated within two conversational turns. 3. Average latency between user utterance and agent reply stays under two seconds.
