What you will do • Think along on a strategic and conceptual level for different client cases • Develop and refine marketing strategies • Create social media plans (content planning, themes, formats, timing) • Independently determine the best social media approach per client • Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans • Use AI tools as a sparring partner to improve ideas, efficiency, and output • SEO knowledge - backlink building and so on. What we are looking for • Strong marketing and strategic thinking skills • Proven experience with social media planning and strategy • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Conceptual thinker who can look beyond execution • Comfortable collaborating remotely • AI-friendly mindset — using AI is not only allowed, but encouraged as a support tool Project details • Type: Freelance / Project-based +- 20 hours a week payed as you work • Location: Remote • Language: English communication.
