Google's position is not that AI writing is penalised - it is that content produced at scale without genuine value is. So the way I work is AI as a drafting tool with real editing on top: I check every factual claim, cut the padding these models produce by default, and rewrite so it sounds like you rather than like a model. You get the speed benefit without publishing something that reads as filler or contains an error you have to answer for later. On the testing half, what makes manual QA worth paying for is the report, not the clicking. A bug written as it does not work is useless; a bug with exact steps, what you expected, what happened, and the environment gets fixed once.
