Dental lab workflow with Lovable.ai

I would like to develop a Dental Lab workflow using [login to view URL] where new dentists can register and create new order, check the live status of their orders as well as approve designs of their submitted cases. on the lab end the admin will be able to approve new cases, new registered dentists by verifying their details and assign cases to the various staff members. East lab technician will be able to view the cases pending with them and upload the pictures of the case/ design of the case for approval for futher processing. after processing the case moves to quality check and finally to dispatch
