I’m ready to deploy an AI-driven voice agent built on the [login to view URL] stack that can take real-time phone conversations off my plate and keep our sales pipeline moving. The mandate is clear: • Purpose: pure sales support—no generalized customer service scripts—so every interaction must prioritize moving prospects toward a close. • Tasks: the agent needs to qualify inbound leads against a short set of questions I’ll provide, automatically schedule or transfer hot prospects, and run friendly, timely follow-up calls that nudge colder leads back into the funnel. • Call direction: it should handle both inbound and outbound calls seamlessly, switching context without awkward hand-offs. I’ll supply brand guidelines, objection-handling notes, and CRM API keys (HubSpot, but I can adapt to other mainstream CRMs). You’ll wire up dialog flows, train the model on my sample recordings, and return a fully tested voice agent with: 1. Configurable call scripts and fallback flows 2. Live logging and recording inside my CRM 3. Error handling that fails gracefully to a human rep when needed Once delivered, I’ll run a pilot with a defined call list. If the agent meets our qualification and follow-up KPIs during that week, the engagement is complete and we move toward a longer rollout.
