Your vision for an AI-native SMO resonates with my experience building automated workflows for high-compliance environments where data integrity and operational velocity are non-negotiable. Having previously architected scalable multi-site frameworks, I understand that the primary bottleneck in clinical research isn't just patient recruitment—it’s the friction in site management, regulatory documentation, and cross-site data synchronization. I am ready to bridge that gap by deploying custom AI agents and structured data pipelines that transform manual oversight into a scalable, high-margin engine from day one. I will execute this by building a modular technical stack leveraging Python-based LLM orchestration for automated patient pre-screening and feasibility assessments. I’ll implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows to parse complex trial protocols into actionable site SOPs, ensuring rigorous compliance while significantly reducing the administrative overhead for your clinical staff. We will integrate these AI layers with a centralized CTMS via robust APIs, creating real-time visibility into enrollment metrics and regulatory timelines across all national sites. This "security-first" architecture ensures every automated touchpoint adheres to strict HIPAA and SOC2 standards without sacrificing the agility needed for a successful founding phase. To ensure we build for the right scale, are you prioritizing specific therapeutic areas for the initial launch, or is the focus on a broad-spectrum infrastructure? I’d also like to know if you have a preferred CTMS or if you're looking for a recommendation on a headless solution that integrates seamlessly with custom AI layers. I am available to jump on a brief call to align on the immediate 30-day roadmap or can continue the conversation here—let me know which you prefer.

I specialize in bridging the gap between high-level operational strategy and the technical execution required to scale national infrastructure. Building an AI-native Clinical Research SMO is a sophisticated challenge that requires an architecture where automation is baked into the regulatory and recruitment DNA from day one. Having built automated enrollment pipelines for clinical trials, I understand how to disrupt the traditional SMO model through a lean, technology-first approach that prioritizes data integrity and speed over the manual overhead typically found in legacy research environments. I will architect a modular automation stack for rapid national scaling, leveraging Python-based workflows or enterprise integration platforms to bridge site EMRs with your central management system. I'll implement custom LLM agents to automate labor-intensive aspects of patient pre-screening and regulatory documentation, ensuring high-fidelity data capture without administrative bloat. By establishing a centralized, HIPAA-compliant data infrastructure, we can create a "command center" view of all sites, allowing for real-time adjustments to recruitment strategies and site performance metrics from a single source of truth as you expand your national footprint. Do you have specific clinical trial protocols in the pipeline, or is the priority building the foundational platform for future site acquisition? I’m also curious about your preferred degree of human-in-the-loop oversight for the AI-driven screening processes. I’m ready to help you turn this vision into a scalable reality and would welcome a discussion on the technical milestones you’re aiming for this quarter. Let’s chat here or jump on a brief call to align on the immediate architecture requirements.

Hello!!! Quantum Code Solutions is ready to build your AI-native SMO infrastructure. The challenge in moving from spreadsheets to automated systems often lies in mapping clinical workflows to data schemas without losing compliance. Will the AI stack interface directly with an eSource API, and do you prefer the site dashboards to be built in a low-code environment like Airtable or a custom React-based internal tool? The team recently optimized a logistics platform where manual data entry was replaced by automated Python scripts and Selenium. By mapping the process into clear SOPs and using a centralized database, sync errors were eliminated and reporting speed increased. This systems-thinking approach will be applied to your CTMS and patient recruitment workflows to achieve true scalability. The rate is 8 USD/hr with 40 hours of weekly availability. Reach out to initiate a conversation! Best regards, Quantum Code Solutions

Hi there, I’ve read your mission and I’m excited by building an AI-native SMO from day one. I bring hands-on clinical research and SMO operations experience plus practical ML/LLM know-how, working with transformers, classification pipelines, vector search for retrieval, and integrating chatbots into workflows. I’ll map current workflows into SOPs, design an AI-first stack for CTMS/eSource integrations, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to spec automations, dashboards, and compliance-aware logging. I prioritize repeatable processes, measurable KPIs, and iterative rollouts that replace spreadsheets with tracked systems. I can start by reviewing existing workflows and delivering prioritized SOPs and a phased implementation plan within two weeks. Which top three pain points in your current workflows would you like us to eliminate first (e.g., recruitment, site startup delays, data handoffs)? Best regards, Fabian

Hi! I’m an ops + systems builder with clinical research workflow experience and a strong process/SOP mindset. I’m excited about building an AI native SMO that replaces spreadsheets with structured tracking, dashboards, and automation. Example: I converted a fragmented startup/recruitment tracking process into a single source-of-truth tracker + automated reminders/escalations + KPI dashboard (cycle times, funnel, bottlenecks by site), improving accountability and reporting quality. Dear Client, This is genuinely exciting-an AI-native SMO built from the ground up instead of patching legacy spreadsheets? Yes, please. I've spent the last five years exactly at this intersection of clinical operations and systems building. My background: I managed site operations for a mid-size CRO for three years, then spent two years building automation tools for patient recruitment and study startup. I know CTMS workflows intimately-the good, the bad, and the painfully manual. One example: At my last role, I inherited a startup process that took 47 touchpoints across six spreadsheets. I mapped the workflow, identified bottlenecks, and built a simple automated tracker that cut it to 19 touchpoints and saved our sites about eight hours per study. Leadership started asking me to fix everything after that. Here's how I'd help you: • Map your clinical workflows into clear, scalable processes • Design an AI-native operations stack that actually works for site teams • Build dashboards that kill spreadsheets forever • Spot bottlenecks before they slow you down My rate is $7/hour and I'm available 30-40 hours weekly. When's a good time for a quick call? Thanks
