The main challenge here is keeping the replacement face locked naturally to the actor through the camera movement and changing indoor/outdoor lighting, without the face looking like it is floating over the footage. I’m a Video Editor and Audio Engineer experienced in video enhancement, compositing, tracking, and detailed post-production. I can work with your 720p source and reference photos to create the face replacement, then carefully refine the result for consistent positioning, skin tone, lighting, sharpness, and frame-to-frame stability. I can work with the Kling AI Motion Control workflow or a comparable face-replacement pipeline, then finish the generated footage in post to clean up artifacts and make the integration feel as natural as possible. I’ll deliver the final 15-second 720p MP4 with the original audio untouched and keep the working files available for any quick revisions. You can check my profile for examples of my video editing and enhancement work. Send me a message and we can get started right away.

@faithk149

Most face swaps hold up fine in a single lighting setup and then break the moment the shot cuts from interior to exterior, because the skin tone and shadow mapping that looked seamless indoors suddenly reads mismatched the second natural light hits differently. Kling AI Motion Control would drive the swap with that transition specifically accounted for, colour and lighting matched separately across the interior and exterior segments rather than applying one uniform correction across the whole clip, so nothing flickers or floats when the camera shifts environments. Reference photos would anchor consistency across every angle in the 15 seconds, with the final export delivered at matching 720p resolution, audio untouched, ready to publish without needing further correction. The reference photos already came through with the interior and exterior shots visibly different in lighting, does the swap need to hold that same contrast, or should the final cut lean toward one consistent lighting look across both environments?
