I manage an Airbnb that needs a dependable, regular cleaning after every guest checks out. The job covers the entire property—bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallways, and any small outdoor area—so guests arrive to a hotel-level standard each time. Here’s what I expect after each checkout: • Strip and replace all linens and towels • Dust, vacuum, and mop every room • Disinfect high-touch surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms • Empty trash and restock basic supplies (soap, paper products, coffee, etc.) • Stage the space so it looks photo-ready for the next guest All cleaning supplies and equipment can be provided if you prefer, though I’m happy to use your own professional kit—eco-friendly products are a plus. A quick texted photo set of the finished rooms or a short checklist update will confirm completion before the next arrival.
