Automation & Airtable System Builder (Job Arbitrage Platform) Title Build & Hand Over Fully Running Job Monitoring + Profit Automation System (Airtable + Automations) ⸻ Overview I am building a job arbitrage system for home maintenance, rubbish removal, and installation jobs. I need a freelancer to fully set up, configure, test, and hand over a RUNNING system, not just instructions. This includes: • Registering required software accounts • Configuring automations • Delivering a live, operational system • Transferring ownership of all apps/accounts to me ⸻ Scope of Work (In Order) 1. Airtable Build (Core Engine) Create a fully functional Airtable base with: • Job intake table • Cost calculation fields • Profit & margin formulas • Deal scoring logic • Status automation (Ignore / Review / Bid / Won / Assigned) System must: • Instantly calculate margin • Auto-flag profitable jobs • Be editable by me later ⸻ 3. Automation & Alerts Set up automations that: • Ingest jobs from email / monitoring alerts • Calculate margin automatically • Send alerts when margin ≥ threshold • Update job status automatically Alerts must work live (tested). ⸻ 4.
