I need a qualified BMS specialist to commission a security-based access control system in my facility. The installation is already in place; what I require now is thorough commissioning so the system actively enhances overall safety rather than merely logging events. Scope of work • Verify and fine-tune controller programming, door hardware integrations, and input/output mappings. • Integrate readers, locks, alarms, and CCTV hand-off points into the BMS head-end. • Test every access scenario (normal entry, forced door, emergency egress) and document results. • Optimise alarm thresholds, time schedules, and user-level permissions so they align with our safety policies. • Produce a clean as-built database, final test sheets, and a concise user guide for my staff. Acceptance criteria Commissioning is complete when all doors react correctly to authorised cards, forced-door alarms report within two seconds, event logs synchronise with the server, and the handover documents are delivered in editable format.
