We are looking for a Tool to Automate Invoice Processing.
We'll need to be able to "Read" and "Extract data" from hundreds of different invoices issued by suppliers (usually pdf files), and, extract the relevant terms (Total invoice value, VAT, Tax ID...) automatically into an Excel File.
The tool should be able to "scan" PDF files (invoices) and extract the relevant data.

Dear client, I can write a VBA macro for that. A user friendly interface would allow you to select the folder having pdf invoices and then it would generate excel files having the relevant data on a click of a button. Mais
