PCB Designer Needed – Industrial Sensor Board I’m developing an industrial-grade sensor product and need a purpose-built PCB to act as the core of the device. The board will integrate multiple signals, handle local processing, and present clean, conditioned outputs to external control and monitoring systems. It will be deployed in electrically noisy, real-world environments, so robust design and layout quality are essential. I’m looking for someone who can take a design from concept to fabrication-ready output, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and manufacturing files, using tools such as Altium, KiCad, EasyEDA, or equivalent. What I’m looking for Strong experience with: Mixed-signal PCB design (MCU + sensors + power regulation) Power-supply design and noise suppression Connector selection and field-wiring interfaces EMI-aware layout and grounding practices Designing for manufacturability (DFM) Deliverables Before sign-off, I will review: Schematic and PCB layout files Gerbers, drill, and pick-and-place files BOM with manufacturer part numbers A short note describing key design decisions Nice to have Experience with industrial sensors, automation hardware, or field-deployed electronics is a big plus.
