Create new home page for wordpress site

Dear Sir, Mam The programmer will create a **new home page** for this site. [[login to view URL]][1] and will link to this site. Programmer **will install a new theme for real estate** (can use the same we have now, on the current page, although the original version was modified, we would prefer to use this one since the desing is already done) This new home page will **have three sections**, besides the usual links on the top banner which will be categories (homes, apartments, lots..etc) From top to bottom, **the first section will be a feature one**, (as the one you see now on top without any pictures), that the pictures are rolling from left to right, Second section will have space for about 15 properties with a small image on each and a description. The **second section will have two view options**; one too see the most recent ones and the second option to see the most view ones. And at the bottom we will have a banner with a link to a page. On the right of the page the programmer will install a plug in so we can place videos, articles, or whatever. Facebook plug in at the bottom of the right. Before this newly created page, **there will be a landing page** with the logo(we will provide this and other designs) **This landing page will** automatically change to the new page we have created after 5 seconds or so, or can be access also manually.
