I already have a detailed Notion template sketched out for my Instagram agency, yet I need someone who can bring it to life quickly and cleanly. The finished workspace should let me handle three core areas in one place: client management (welcome videos, a place to access their management date timeline) a living content calendar, client feedback/approvals areas, dropbox access and easy access to content files, also a spot where they can upload their brand guidelines, fonts, colours and any content they have that they can share with us, a spot to share ideas and prep shoot plans, a calendar where they can book in shoots/meetings, a section where it has our tasks and deliverables for both us and the client with deadline dates that they can clearly see, and a simple analytics hub. Here’s what I expect once the build is complete: • My existing layout that I have planned created and refined so each client gets a dedicated page with status updates, deliverables, invoices, and a space for feedback. • A central content calendar that we work on to show the client what we have planned to post, a spot for them to then give feedback/approvals to these posts, a snapshot of the feed and what it will look like with scheduled posts, pulls scheduled posts and ideas directly from Instagram via the Instagram API, and allows drag-and-drop rescheduling inside Notion. • Basic analytics snapshots (reach, saves, shares, follower growth) surfaced on each client’s page so I can reference performance at a glance. - Monthly Overview Page, Key campaign focus, Shoot dates, Content themes Insights & top-performing posts (screenshot from Meta analytics) - Shoot Planning Page Include: Date, time, and location Shot list Props needed Outfit ideas Inspiration moodboard - Client Chat Integration Since Notion doesn’t do chat well, link out to a WhatsApp group or Slack channel. Call it something like “DUO x [Client] HQ”. • Seamless integrations: – Instagram API connection for auto-filling post stats and drafts – Dropbox embed/block support for shared creative assets – Google Calendar sync so shoots, strategy sessions, and monthly report calls appear in both my calendar and the client’s portal This will be a client portal, meaning I want them to be able to see everything in this notion portal. I want this to be a template I can duplicate and recreate for each of my instagram management clients. Hand-off is done when the portal is live in my workspace, sample data proves the integrations work, and a brief Loom walkthrough shows me how to add new clients and tweak the calendar/any other tips and tricks on how to refine the template further.
