Goals : 1)To create two apps for housekeeping similar to MSP contractor- one app for contractors and second app for the customers , example here - [login to view URL] but our app supposed to be designed specifically for housekeeping - houses , apartments , short term rentals with great quality cleaning and reasonable price. 2) Property needs to be quoted by type of cleaning - regular, deep cleaning , move in or move out cleaning , after renos cleaning, amount and bedrooms, house square footage and how dirty the house is. Customer uploads pictures and provides all the details, preferable start time and a special comments. Based on that app provides an estimate on cost and time needed to finish the cleaning. Example- 2000 sq ft house with basement, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms takes around 4-4.5 hours to clean. If more info needed on that - let me know. 3) Based on the property parameters, type of cleaning system creates a quote for the customer, if customer agreed with the quote - he/she approves the it and it become available in the contractors app. 4)Contractors can pick the job if they are comfortable with the quote and conditions As soon as job picked up, contractor has 2 hours to arrive at the property and start cleaning. 5) Contractor can't take more than 2 jobs at a time. As soon as one job is complete, he/she can take one more. 6) Customers app can accept credit card payments, so once quote accepted -card will be charged instantly. If payment wasn't processed , job not posed in a contractors app. 7) App charges 10% on each transaction when customer submits the job. Example - job $500 , app takes 10% and post the same job at $450 in contractors app. 7) Contractors get payout within 10 business days directly to their bank account. 8) Contractors app has a rating for each contractor based on the performance from previous job. Similar to Airbnb 9) It should be ready and scalable apps 10) Cross platform compatible- iOS/Android and web 11)Customers service phone # and chat bot for both apps
