Customized Retail Compliance Audit Android App

I need a lightweight Android app that lets me run compliance audits across 50 retail outlets. Each audit form will contain: • Multiple “Pass / Fail” items, each carrying its own point value • A few fields where I can record licence or permit expiry dates • Automatic calculation of a total score, followed by an overall Pass or Fail result once the inspection is complete • Option of make it mandatory • Option to add pictures The flow I have in mind is simple: choose an outlet, answer the checklist, enter any dates, tap “Submit”, and instantly see the score. Later I want to export or sync the results so I can review performance outlet-by-outlet. Then i will send the report through email with the scores. I also want to create a daily recurring checklist for my outlets to submit and that i can view the submission easily. All questions that i have should have the option to include pictures. I am the admin and it should be easy for me to see all the submissions and responses. Send me a detailed project proposal that outlines your suggested tech stack, timeline, and any similar work you have done. I’m open to whatever UI framework you prefer as long as the final product runs smoothly on Android phones and is easy for non-technical staff to use.
