Offerwall Approval for Utility App

My utility app is still in pre-launch and I need it cleared for an offerwall partnership as quickly as possible. The first target is PubScale, but I am open to Torox or any comparable network if that eases or speeds up the process. The job revolves around: • Preparing all documentation and creatives PubScale typically requests for a brand-new app that has yet to appear on Google Play. • Guiding integration of the required SDKs and ad units inside my current Android build (Android Studio, Kotlin). • Completing the submission workflow, responding to PubScale’s compliance questions, and making any iterative changes they request until the account is approved and the offerwall goes live. Acceptance criteria • Written confirmation from PubScale that the application has been accepted for their offerwall program. • A brief hand-off report summarising steps taken, files submitted, and any future maintenance recommendations. Source code access and assets are ready; NDA can be signed on request.
