Add Task Reminder To Existing Android App

Job Description:
I have an existing Android App built using Android Studio (java).
I want a new intent - The ability to set repeating (or single) Task Reminders with a short description.
EG
(1) "Call John" at 2pm on 6 Feb
(2) "Call Mary" at 11:30 on 7 Feb and repeat Daily (or weekly)
I would like to use InExact alarms to preserve battery life (but with a set window of 15mins - ie: the window is set for between 5mins before Set Task Time and 10mins after Set Task Time.
Multiple Task Reminders can be set.
The ability to Cancel/Delete current Reminders should also be available.
