Job Description:
AppTracker Requirements

Create Account / Login through API Authentication.
Include email and phone number and validate both with emailed and texted codes.
After Successful Create Account and Verification:
User Accepts Terms and Permissions to access and Monitoring of OS Process List. Any Permission of OS as well.
AppTracker fetches a list of application regex strings with associated appid (guid) and Settings though an API Call and Saves them.
Start and Maintain a Background Task that:
1. Checks target Applications Running running foreground or background. POSTS app id and start / stop times to API
2. If no connectivity, start and stop times are saved until connectivity is regained.
API will be provided.
Notes:

The background task must restart automatically when the phone is restarted.
On shutdown Record application close events and report them. (1) If connectivity is not available save the close events with timestamps.
On restart if the background task could not report application close (1), record the shutdown event.
The interval will be provided in the Login API response.
The user interface is limited to the Account Create / Login Page and Acceptance of terms and Permissions.
The OAuth2 token returns an expires_in and re-authenticate is required periodically
