Android mini app store, auto downloader + install, no login system

Eu preciso de um app para Android, que tenha interface que seja navegável com controle remoto de Tv Box, e também toque de celular. A interface precisa ser visualmente semelhante ao da foto que anexei a esse projeto. Como mostrado na foto o menu principal precisa ter 3 botões, quando o usuário abrir algum botão o app baixa um apk especifico, sem sair do menu principal do app, e então o app instala automaticamente o apk baixado. Cada botão representa um apk diferente, o background do menu principal precisa ter algum texto simples com um telefone de contato para duvidas, se for possível pode ter um botão daqueles que levam o usuário de celular direto para uma conversa de whatsapp. Eu estou tendo problemas para manter alguns app na Play Store, então quero fazer esse como se fosse uma mini app store, com apenas 3 apks, sem nenhum tipo de sistema de login. As Imagens precisam ser hard-coded para que ninguém roube o meu app, porem o package name do app precisa ser livre para edição, pois se for removido da Play Store eu irei poder alterar o package name e re-publicar infinitamente. Pode haver algum painel de controle para alterar o endereço do apk de cada um dos 3 botões. Seria muito interessante se esse app tivesse todo o necessario para ser publicado na Play Store do Android TV, para poder funcionar na Mi Box e outros que usam Android TV.

I need an Android app that has responsive interface with Tv Box remote control as well as Mobile Touch. The interface needs to be visually similar to the photo I attached to this project. As shown in the photo the main menu needs to have 3 buttons, when the user opens any button and the app downloads a specific apk without leaving the main menu, and then the app automatically installs the downloaded apk. Each button represents a different apk, the main menu background needs to have some simple text with a contact phone for questions, if possible it can have a button from those that lead the mobile user straight to a whatsapp conversation. I'm having trouble maintaining some apps in the Play Store, so I want to make this like a mini app store with only 3 apks, no login system whatsoever. Images need to be hard-coded so no one steals my app, but the app's package name needs to be free to edit because if google remove it from the Play Store I will be able to change the package name and republish it endlessly. There may be an control panel to change the apk address of each of the 3 buttons. It would be very interesting if this app had everything needed to be published on the Android TV Play Store, to be able to work on Mi Box and others that use Android TV.
