App collecting data (pictures with birds, animals and plants)

I need an app for collecting some data in the field on offline database that can be uploaded in cloud when internet is available. The data that I want to collect is a picture (with GPS data) with an animal or a plant which the User can identify it from an internal guide (a simple catalogue) or he can collect it as a new one. I made an UI layout (User journey) to explain better what I want. It is for a NGO that I work for and they want for the kids that live in that area to be able to recognise flora and fauna and to get some reward for doing this (the reward should be in points and badges) and school recommendation.
