Build me an android application

Build me an android app which will connect buyers and sellers. It shall be a single app used by both sellers and buyers. Buyers are consumers and sellers are service providers.
A. Core Objective
Below the flow of mobile app is explained:
1. A buyer, who wants to find a service provider in his locality will open our app
2. Set the location in which he wants to get this service
3. Search that particular service category in mobile app
4. App will show profiles of sellers who satisfy the requirement of buyer
5. Buyer will go through each seller’s profile and connect then with them
B. Additional information:
i. Filter each profile shown in search results of buyer based on location or sellers jurisdiction of work is critical
ii. Every touch point in mobile app should be captured for future improvement
C. Type of users of this mobile application:
1. Buyer
2. Seller
3. Administrator
All touch points need to be captured for administration, monitoring and maintenance by administrator
D. Prerequisites of the developer:
i. Equipped with latest android app development skills for backend , frontend , testing
ii. Have past experience in android development. Preference will be given if have developed similar kind of App before
iii. Able to estimate recurring expenses for paid services of (Server hosting, storage, database, payment gateway etc )
iv. Should be able to show past project information
v. Looking to hire someone who shows interest in this project, since this will not be one time job
vi. Has good commitment
