Build me a goal-setting app on iOS

Brief:
Create a smartphone app (iOS and Android) which allows users to track their life goals. The main components should be that they can be set and viewed on the app and on a website with a login. Most importantly, the app should be able to send e-mails and push notifications in line with the category reminders below. They should pull goals into these CRM communications and deliver them to consumers. This should be in an app which is aesthetic and can be updated easily.
In chronological order, this is how it should work:
1. Upon start-up users will be hit with a random inspirational quote, which can be submitted in the backend by an admin. This can be turned off in settings.
2. The sign-up of the app should capture data that can be viewed via a database or spreadsheet in the backend. We should be able to see the user demographics, along with their goals in the backend. The data that should be captured is here as follows:
Name
Gender
Country
Postcode/Zip Code
DOB
Personal Interests
Occupational Industry
Accept or decline T&Cs
We should also allow integration of Facebook and Gmail for sign-up. We should also allow location.
3. Once the app is open the menus/toggles in the app, should consist of:
Home Screen - on this screen it should show 1 module of goals highlights with photos, and 1- 2 modules we can update with inspiration
View Goals - where goals lists can be viewed as per the categories below.
Set Goals - where goals can be set with detail
Settings - Change demographic data, change contact info, change push notifications and e-mail notifications
4. For the setting goals toggle, the submission form should consist of the following fields:
Goal
Category
Date to be completed
When reminders should happen (these should be preset, but can be changed)
Photos or Videos
Additional notes
Invite friends
Integration with Gmail, Outlook, Amazon Wishlist
5. Within the 'Set Goals' tab, we should use the following categories to break down the lists. They should also have a preset reminder period linked to them, that can be changed. Please see below:
Personal Short-term - these can be reminded every week
Work Short-term - these can be reminded every week
Personal Mid-term - these can be reminded every 4 weeks
Work Mid-term - these can be reminded every 4 weeks
Personal Long-term - these can be reminded every 6 months
Work Long-term - these can be reminded every 6 months
Personal Bucketlist - no reminder
Work Bucketlist - no reminder
6. Once submitted users should be able to edit and view these goals.
7. All goals should correspond with a database in the backend, which should be secure
