Build an IOS and Android WebView App

We are again posting this job this time from a verified freelancer account. We have a wordpress website and a flutter mobile app needs to be build.

Updated Project Details as of Jan 9th

1. you need to build a normal flutter AAP - its a news AAP

2. It gets its news articles text/image from a REST API of wordpress, I will give you endpoints.

3. It should have a start page where the user chooses their initial regions, based on the that choice we need to decide which page to show in webview (you'll host those region and wordpress endpoint URL details in firebase. So it acts as an admin panel so we can simply add new regions and websites or remove old ones. )

4. Offline mode (A nice-looking 'you're offline' page), see image below

5. It should have google AdMob integrated to show ads

6. It should support push notifications, so we can send push of new news articles, that upon clicked should open the news article on the AAP

7. A Clear Document on how to setup this AAP on any new computer later and how to build the code.

Milestone Payment Plan

1. Developing function using API with simple skeleton UI - 8K INR

In this milestone you'll get full functioning app. But not good UI

2. I'll finalize UI and stylish the app - 5K INR

3. Upon full testing and launch on the google play store - 2K INR
