Create Google Play Developer Account

Requirements: I need someone to create an Android Developer / google play account for me. The account costs USD25 to set up. Once it has been created I will pay total of USD45. You earn USD20 directly. Procedure: 1. Clear your browser cookies and cache and have a new IP address. 2. Open a Gmail account with a new, random recovery e-mail that was never used before along with a phone number that really exists. 2. Register android developer/google play account and paid USD25 with your own credit card. (You must not have created an developer account with this credit card) 3. After a 5-12 hours, if your registration is approved by google, just send me the approved screen shot, Next you can remove your credit card info from the account. 4. You send me the google account's username and password, I will change them. After that I will make the payment.
