CRM and Mobile App Development

We are looking for a CRM Developer who doesn't;t use apps and can have good clean code. You will be building a CRM for cleaning companies. Also ongoing, you will be adjusting functions to suit customers.
As a part of the build, we will need an IOS and Android APP and have the capability of connecting it to a website.
I know the entire flow and can provide this in order for you to complete the task. I am aware that this can take 3-4 months but this is a long term project and hopefully will work together for a long time. I can provide the tasks needed to build the main CRM with Videos. We would prefer a better User interface and you must be a full stack developer.
Money will be $1,000 Dollars for a 40 hour week and bonuses for completing tasks in a respectable time.
I have attached the CRM that we used to use and as you can see it looks dated and the UI is not very appealing.
