Looking for a simple 'Employee Attendance Time Clock' for a small company to be used on Android Tablet Kiosk by the employees.
• On Front End, this Time clock should have a simple Number Pad interface with Punch In/Punch Out functionality. On the backend, Admin should be able to assign the Numeric codes for each Employee or the Admin should have a functionality to upload a file for bulk addition/deletion of the Employees' names and their numeric codes.
• On the backend, Admin should be able to access the Punch In/Punch Out data Online or download the data on Google Sheets. And the data should be editable online & on downloaded files for payroll purposes. Admin should be able to access this data from anywhere in the world over the internet.
• The Backend view should have the functionality to show employee totals by day and summed for the week/2-week period (which I think would be standard), and we need to be entered the date range (so it aligns with our pay periods).
• Punch In/Puch Out data should be sync live to the back end and if there is no Internet connection then data should be store on the Tablet locally until Tablet connects to the internet next time.
• We need this app/software that should be easily installed on any tablet. In a scenario, if Tablet breaks or stops working, we should be able to easily install the Time Clock again on the new tablet and should be up and running in no time without the Developers' help.
