Small team required, mobile app, Voip and MQTT iot Algorithm Server - read carefully

Please make your bid with the following title 'I have both iot and voip knowledge' - Any other replies without this We have a project that involves a combination of technologies, some is already developed, some elements we need to develop. So we are looking for a dedicated team who can do the following: 1. Develop a mobile App that is effectively a Voip phone 2. Develop a Algorithm server to take MQTT iot events from our planned MQTT broker and to calculate a customer status from those events (our customers are elderly people at home and we need to determine their status from various PIR, Door Sensor and Smart Plug events). 3. Take the resultant MQTT status events and display them on the mobile app and create certain notifications based on activity or lack of activity. As a minimum you need to have both Voip App and iot/MQTT experience as well as App development experience. Please fully read the attached documents. Please specify your Voip experience and your iot MQTT and App experience. I have added a document 'Summary Of Remaining...' The main tasks I am looking for from the developer are: 1. Android App development including iot/MQTT and Voip 2. Algorithm Server to register for all MQTT events from our hardware and to calculate status of the customer and send new MQTT events out.
