Spellchecker (not spellchecker service framework) - open to bidding

sir im only a student, we try to make a spellchecker for the feature of our apps. by the way this for our thesis. my problem is we fail implementing spellchecker we only do an underline of misspelled words. the requirements of our spellchecker is: 1. Underline the misspelled words 2. in the underline misspelled words when the user click the underline misspelled words it must suggests a probable correct words. thats the only requirements. do you have any idea? i will pay you 50$ sorry for the small amount because im just only a student :( we starving with this spell checker, we always fail, i think we reach our limit and we need to help from other geeks in android like you in the photo below like that. (dont mind the green underline)
